The mission of Feast for the Senses is to provide an innovative learning experience where small groups of special needs children and their families come together in a home-like environment and share a community experience by actively participating in various venues that otherwise would not be readily available to them.

A visit to the Ben Maddox House in Visalia promises to be a wonderful learning experience.  From the moment  you arrive,  you will be enchanted with a wonderful “Step Back in Time” experience.

You will enjoy all that the Central Valley has to offer.  Some of our past groups have experienced these fun and educational venues:

  • Meet some of California’s Happy Cows (find out how a dairy works)
  • Pet some working goats at a family farm
  • Learn all about herbs, how they grow and what they are used for
  • See how cheese is made
  • See the working farms that send our food to the market
  • Visit our incredible National Parks
  • Learn about the history of Early American Life in our wonderful Central Valley through art and local museums

Feast for the Senses will be selling fruit baskets starting in November, 2010.   Please help support our cause!  More information coming soon.

Feast for the Senses is selling fruit baskets and boxes to benefit Special Needs children.
